Cancellation Policy
A credit card on file is required for all new clients at the time of booking. All clients must give 48 hours notice for a cancellation or to reschedule. If proper notice is not given, 100% of the services booked will be charged.
Deposits paid at the time of booking will go towards your scheduled appointment but are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you miss or cancel your appointment (within 48hrs) a new deposit will be required in order to rebook.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders & confirmations are sent before each appointment. If I’m unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. All fees and/or deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
